3. Light a candle. You may use fragrance if you wish.

4. Begin to let the thoughts go by. Watch them. Do not hold on to any of them. Separate yourself completely from them. Behind the thoughts is the unchanging Presence. The love that you are searching for. Pure Omniscience. Bliss. Watch the thoughts as if you are watching a movie. Inquire, who is watching the thoughts? In a simple, gentle and natural manner, observe thought go by and catch the moment between.

5. You must open your heart. You must have a soft heart. This is your natural state. Singing and chanting soften the heart. This takes you to a pure level. The empty places are filled with the fullness of God. Begin to calm your thoughts by singing and chanting. Play the music that does this for you. Do this until you feel the difference.

6. Allow the Peace, the Presence to enfold you. Go deeper and deeper into the peace of your very own Nature. This is seperate from the human ego, the human personality with all of its accomplishments, fears, anger. This is selfless love. Return to the Source from whence you came. It has gone nowhere. When you do this everyday, going deeper and deeper until you feel relief from all suffering, you will begin to progress.

Within you is beauty so astounding,

that if you were to experience it, you would not be able to contain it.

All of the heavenly realms, the sunsets, the oceans, all are only a tiny glimmer of the beauty within. This is why Jesus said that the Kingdom of Heaven is within you. Because here is where the love that you are searching for resides. And it is here that you, in Reality, abide. It is up to you to actually experience this as Reality.

This is where you return Home. An expansion of love with all of life. This is the crux of all Truths. This world is not your home. This is why you will not find what you are looking for in this world. You do not despise the world, you simply realize who you really are. And the world around you will begin to reflect this.

H ow do you know if you are doing this, and not talking about it? You are going deeper into this Beauty each day. You are becoming a vehicle of this Truth to others. By occurs your emanation of selflessness. Sincerity. Purity of heart.
